What is never for sale
- Inclusion. Tools enter the index because they were researched, not because someone paid.
- A score. Verdicts follow the evidence tiers documented on the methodology page.
- A position. Comparison tables are ordered by the stated criteria, not by payment.
- A removal. Corrections fix wrong facts; a negative verdict is not a fact error.
Where the prices in reviews come from
Every price printed on a review or comparison page is the reviewed vendor's own published list price, checked against that vendor's official pricing page on the date stated at the top of the page. Those figures are what the vendor charges — not what this site charges. Vendors change prices without notice, which is why each page carries the date it was last verified instead of a promise of permanence. The methodology page documents the three evidence tiers and the re-check practice.
